Print Store FAQ

Photographs never look better than when printed with high-quality materials and viewed in person. Digital screens just don’t do them justice. Large, bold, colourful prints look stunning on the wall of a living room, bedroom, office, or waiting room, and also make a great gift. All of Rowan’s images that can be found here are available to be purchased as prints. Based on current demand, images are available to be printed on two mediums; stretched canvas and fine-art prints.

Canvas Prints

Photos are printed in New Zealand onto a high-quality 250gsm canvas then sprayed with a protectant seal to protect the canvas from scratches or water damage. After drying, the canvas is then hand-stretched over a strong pine frame and shipped. Standard sizes range from 60-120cm on the longest edge, although custom sizes can be accommodated. Note that the canvas is edged with black, which wraps around the edges of the frame. This means that the whole image is visible on the front surface of the canvas, the way it was meant to be viewed. If you would prefer to have the image wrap around the edges, please let me know by replying to your order confirmation email.

Giclee Fine Art Prints

Photos are printed in New Zealand onto high-quality Huhnemule Photo Rag paper using HP Vivera pigment ink, which is guaranteed to resist fading for up to 200 years. This combination produces stunning museum-quality prints ready for framing or mounting. Standard sizes range from 30-90cm on the longest edge, although many custom sizes and aspect ratios can be accommodated.

Printing and Shipping

Prints can be ordered directly from this site. Alternatively, you can contact me directly for custom orders or queries by clicking HERE. Prints are shipped within New Zealand by courier FREE of charge. Printing turnaround time is usually 2-4 business days. International shipping is available by contacting me directly.

Refunds and Returns

I guarantee my prints 100%. This means that if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your print, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked. If there is anything I can do to fix the problem or replace the product, please let me know. If you would like a refund, I will endeavour to refund you within 2 business days of receiving the returned print. If the print has been damaged, please take photos of the damaged product and the packaging and send them to me with the returned print.
