All prints include a white border. This means you won’t need to purchase a mat with your frame. The image size that you choose should be the same size as the frame you plan to mount it in. If you prefer the image to print right to the edge of the paper, no problem. Just leave a note during checkout or send me an email after ordering your print.
Prints are sold unframed. I recommend taking your print to a framer to have it professionally framed. Alternatively, you can find affordable frames in standard sizes in your local homeware store, such as IKEA or K-Mart.
MATTE PAPER
My personal favourite, Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper is a premium, museum-grade paper designed for exceptional photographic prints. LUSTRE PAPER
Epson Lustre 260gsm paper is another premium choice for photographic prints. With a distinctive lustre finish, it strikes a balance between glossy and matte. This paper offers exceptional color reproduction, durability, and archival quality. Compatible with pigment-based inks, it ensures long-lasting prints. Versatile and reliable, Epson Lustre paper brings images to life with its captivating visual appeal.
I want you to be completely stoked with your print, so please get in touch if something isn’t right. Each print is made to order, so I unfortunately can’t accept returns if you change your mind.
All prints are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and will be replaced if they don’t meet your expectations.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged or defective packaging or prints, please take a photo of the unopened packaging and include it with your email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards can’t be returned.
Refunds
If the print doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a full refund of the purchase price. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
