Every now and then as a travel photographer you come across a place that makes you feel like you could just stop there forever. My September 2019 desktop wallpaper is from one of those places.
Palm Cove is in Tropical North Queensland, just north of Cairns, and it’s paradise. I visited the little town during my Queensland road trip, and I was so relaxed and awed by the scenery and laid-back vibe that I didn’t want to leave. The grove of palm trees right on the beach provided the most gorgeous scene for photographing sunrise.
